2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this platform, the user agrees to these terms in full. The user commits to act in good faith, with respect for communities and nature.
3. User Conditions
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Truthful registration
- Use of platform for legal, non-commercial purposes
4. Bookings and Payments
Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, and other authorized methods
Confirmation sent via email automatically
5. Cancellation Policy
- 70% refund with at least 30 days' notice
- 50% refund with at least 7 days' notice
- No refund with less than 48h (unless proven force majeure)
6. Insurance and Liability
Travel insurance strongly recommended
Allikawsana acts as an intermediary, not the direct provider of experiences
7. Privacy and Data
- Data is treated according to Ecuador's LOPDP and the European GDPR
- Data is used for bookings, logistics, and reporting
- Cookies and analytics tools are used
- Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data via email
8. Donations and Impact Tracking
Users may donate money or time to community projects
Their impact will be communicated transparently
9. Image Rights
Users authorize the shared use of photos and videos captured during experiences for promotional purposes

Community/Provider Collaboration Agreement
1. Requirements to Join the Platform
- Natural person with RUC or legal representative of community association
- Must present: RUC, ID, banking details
2. Provider Commitments
- Participate in official training programs
- Maintain service quality and traceability
- Allow verification visits
- Grant shared use of content (photos/videos/texts)
- Keep platform information updated
3. Commissions and Payments
Allikawsana retains 20% of each transaction
The community receives the remaining 80% up to 7 days after the experience is completed
4. Feedback and Deactivation
Performance will be evaluated monthly
More than 3 justified complaints may cause experience removal
5. Duration and Termination
The agreement is renewable annually
May be terminated for repeated non-compliance, fraud, or abandonment
Risk, Insurance and Safety Protocol Policy
1. Objective
Establish norms and procedures to guarantee the safety, physical integrity and wellbeing of all actors involved in tourism experiences managed by Allikawsana, including travelers, host communities and collaborators.

4. Insurance Policy
For Travelers:
- International travel insurance is strongly recommended
- Traveler accepts that without insurance, they travel at their own risk

- Allikawsana will seek alliances to facilitate community insurance
